Join us each Friday for Yoga at ABODE, 1-2 pm! Yogi Natalie Buster leads us in gentle stretches and energy and breath work. Come stretch your bones, express your gratitudes, connect with our Guests (and one another) and breathe in the beauty that is ABODE! Yoga is one of our many contemplative practices here. Everyone is welcome! Please RSVP if you’d like to attend – we’d love to have you! Gentle Yoga at Abode This gentle, chair-based yoga class is suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Set in the tranquil environment of ABODE, we weave in gentle movement, breath work, energy work, and chanting. Free and open to the community. Bedside Yoga While staying at ABODE as one of our cherished Guests, you will have the opportunity to practice gentle yoga with our resident yoga therapist. A bedside session can consist of gentle joint movement, breath practices, meditation or quiet conversation. Yoga for Grief and Bereavement Being with a loved one who is in their final chapter can be challenging to both mind and body. Our yoga therapist Natalie offers one-on-one or small group sessions free of charge to family members and friends of our Guests. Yoga therapy can help those who are grieving to process past or future losses, and is ideal for those wishing to increase and deepen their spiritual life and connection to divine presence.
