T’ai Chi Chih: A Moving Meditation
Wine Tasting
Tai Chi

As part of our commitment to contemplative practices of all kinds, we recently enjoyed a wonderful introduction to T’ai Chi Chih on the labyrinth at ABODE. Many thanks to our teacher Terry Gay Puckett and to Patsy Sasek for suggesting it and treating the staff!

T’ai Chi Chih is one of numerous contemplative practices that help us quiet our minds and concentrate on the moment at hand. We do them for ourselves and for others – especially for our Guests. We find that our contemplative approach to care results in better communication, less stress, enhanced creativity and a loving and compassionate approach to life – and death.

Want to learn more? Feel free to reach out to Terry as she’s now conducting classes via Zoom. With enough interest, we’d love to start classes at ABODE!
