Stephen died in our Peach Room, under the care of Opus Care Hospice.

Stephen was an Army Vet – so that called for Retired Air Force Colonel Hal Smarkola to come share a few words and a final salute, and present a small flag that Hal folds himself.

Stephen was always surrounded by so many who loved him – even gathering for a Mariachi fiesta in our backyard soon after he arrived. He had a gorgeous voice. We know he will be missed so very much.
