Karen died in our Green Room, under the care of Pacific Hospice and Palliative Care. That’s our Navigator John Vinson, sharing his special presence with Karen, letting her know that she’s not alone.

Karen was our 500th Guest since we opened our doors 10 years ago. What a blessing that 500 sweet souls have experienced peace, warmth and love in our contemplative setting, surrounded by our Staff, Volunteers and ABODE Doulas – and many family members and friends who come to visit.
