An ABODE tradition! Our meditation format includes a brief reading chosen by the week’s facilitator to prepare us for 30 minutes of silent meditation. It could be a poem, a Scripture from any tradition or a reflection on a topic that opens us to deeper contemplation of awareness and love. After meditation, we follow with a conversation based on the reading or meditation. RSVP by sending an email to Edwin Sasek.
Monday Meditation is 5-6 pm, Mondays, hosted on Zoom.
Join us for our Thursday Morning Meditation, 11 am-Noon, with Ed Alderette at ABODE and also via Zoom. We reflect on a brief reading and then go into meditative silence.
Family-style lunch follows at Noon.
