Monday Meditation

An ABODE tradition! Our meditation format includes a brief reading chosen by the week’s facilitator to prepare us for 30 minutes of silent meditation. It could be a poem, a Scripture from any tradition or a reflection on a topic that opens us to deeper contemplation of awareness and love. After meditation, we follow with a conversation based on the reading or meditation. RSVP by sending an email to Edwin Sasek.

Monday Meditation is 5-6 pm, Mondays, hosted on Zoom.

Yoga at ABODE

Join us each Friday for Yoga at ABODE, 1-2 pm! Natalie Buster leads us in gentle stretches and energy and breath work. Come stretch your bones, express your gratitudes, connect with our Guests (and one another) and breathe in the beauty that is ABODE! Yoga is one of our many contemplative practices here. Everyone is welcome!
