Our Volunteer Coordinator and ABODE Doula Susan sat vigil with Nancy as she died. We have several doulas who are available to come at “the 11th hour,” as it’s called, to sit, pray and “be” as Guests enter their last few hours, minutes and seconds – and afterward. We’re honored that we could support Nancy as she journeyed through her final phase of life.

Nancy died in our Blue Room, under the care of Suncrest Hospice.
